Orders and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail® service. 

Holly Heide shipping hours are 7AM – 4PM, Monday-Friday. Business days exclude weekends, and official US Holidays.

We use USPS priority mail service.  They estimate all deliveries in the continental US  at 1-3 days for delivery.  If you find yourself waiting longer than 5 business days for your order, please use the CONTACT US page to let us know how we can help you.

If you choose, you may securely store your credit card information in your Account for future use. 

No one on our team will be able to access your card information, just you 🙂

Yes, sales tax will be added to your purchase during checkout.  Luckily we live in Oregon where there is no tax, so the computer will figure that out for us. 

Some of our family lives in Canada.  We ship to them, so we might as well figure it out for you too.  Please use the CONTACT US page to let us know what you would like to order and where you live.  We will process it manually and let you know individual product cost, tax, and shipping cost. 

Whenever possible we try to ship orders in one box to make the best use of our resources.  Reduce, recycle, reuse. Very common practices in our shipping process.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from hollyheide.com.  Please use our CONTACT US page so we can issue an Return Authorization Number.  

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.

You will need to pay for the return shipping.

If you received the wrong product, please email our human team for the opportunity to fix our mistake.  

We don’t currently accept exchanges.

If you wish to order a different item, CONTACT US and we will make arrangements for the exchange.  

If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please email our team for assistance we will figure it out together.
